Let CUMBERLAND COUNTY GYMNASTICS Make Your Child's Birthday an Extra Special Day!

PARTY TIME:
Saturday Afternoons - 1:30pm - 3:00pm
Some Saturdays may not be available due to meets, holidays and other activities, so schedule your party early to assure your special date.

AGE LIMITS:
The birthday person must be turning at least 5 years old. Please try to keep the age range of your guests as close as possible to the age of the birthday person. Parents and children under age 4 are not allowed in the gym. This is for the safety of the participants as well as the quality of the party for the birthday person.

ACTIVITIES:
FIRST HOUR - The children will participate in one hour of age appropriate gymnastics, games and fun activities in the gym lead by two of our friendly, enthusiastic and professional instructors. Only registered guests will be allowed in the gym. The host/hostess may use this time to set up the refreshments. LAST 30 MINUTES - Presents, refreshments and more festivities.

WE SUPPLY:
THE FUN!... Oh yes, and - two tables with table cloths, chairs, simple festive decorations, invitations, clean-up, clean-up supplies and a surprise gift for the birthday person!

YOUR SUPPLY:
Cake and refreshments, utensils (don't forget serving utensils), plates, cups, napkins, candles, matches and any party favors.

FEES:
TOTAL COST: $300.00 for up to 16 children (including the birthday person).

DEPOSIT:
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling the party. With a 24 hour notice, every attempt will be made to re-schedule in the event of an unfortunate circumstance (Ex. Blizzard or Chicken Pox).
