Policies

Storm Policy
During inclement weather CCGC does not necessarily close with the school systems. Please call ahead of time to determine if your class is being held. Make ups wil not be offered if we do close due to a storm.

Make Up Policy
CCGC does not offer make up classes. Due to our commitment to a guaranteed student/teacher ratio and the overall high quality of the learning environment of all our programs, we do not offer make up classes.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds or credits except for extended illness or injury.
All deposits and registration fees are non-refundable.
