How to Register at CCGC

Register by filling out the registration form from this website and mail it or bring it in to the office with your $50.00 deposit plus $40.00 annual registration fee. If you are joining for the Summer Session only, the registration fee is $10.00 and the session fee is due in full when you register. The registration fee is always good until the following Fall Session. Both fees are per child and are non-refundable. You may register by phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Storm Policy

During inclement weather CCGC does not necessarily close with the school systems. Please call us ahead of time to determine if your class is being held. There will be an announcement on the answering machine if no one is available to take your call. Make ups will not be offered if we do close due to a storm.

Make Up Policy

CCGC does not offer make up classes. Our no make up policy keeps the class size small and promotes the best, safest learning environment.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for missed classes or early withdrawal.
